We had a wonderful stay at this venue. The staff were warm and friendly, making us feel right at home. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating during our city trip. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the main attractions of the city. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. We appreciated the free Wi-Fi in the lobby area.
The room was a bit small for our liking and lacked proper ventilation. There was also a slight odor in the room.

My Christmas stay at this hotel was enjoyable overall. The staff was very warm and friendly, making me feel welcome and cared for. The breakfast offered a decent choice, and the food in the restaurant was superb. I particularly loved the location of the hotel, which was close to key attractions and provided easy access to transportation. the hotel offered a free pool access for guests from early morning to 11 AM, which was a great perk.
There were some drawbacks to my stay. I disliked that after 11 AM the pool was only accessible for a fee.
